How the Thorfortune Casino Welcome Package Works
Our casino welcome package is worth up to AU$6,000 plus 150 free spins plus 3 Bonus Rounds, divided among your first deposits. It is activated with a minimum deposit, needs no promo code and has a 7-day bonus lifetime; entering a promo code for a welcome-package bonus means that bonus is not given.
Thorfortune Casino Free Spins and Bonus Rounds
The package’s free spins are played on pokies from our Australian lobby: Aztec Magic, Aztec Magic Deluxe, Johnny Cash, Platinum Lightning and Platinum Lightning Deluxe. Free spins must be activated within 3 days; the spins and their winnings stay valid for 7 days, and winnings from free spins or no-deposit bonuses can be withdrawn up to AU$80.
A Bonus Round is activated from the Bonuses area on a selected game, and cancelling it forfeits its winnings. New deposits made while free spins are still running count as bonus abuse, so play the spins out before topping up again.
Thorfortune Casino Bonus Rules
Deposit bonuses cannot be combined, and any bonus can be refused or cancelled, although cancelling after play has started forfeits the bonus and its winnings. The maximum bet while wagering is AU$10, including bet doubling and in-game bonus buys; bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus, and single bets above 20% of the bonus amount count as bonus abuse.
Bonuses are sticky, so real money is played first, the bonus itself is not withdrawable, and withdrawing the deposit before wagering is complete voids the bonus and its winnings. Pokies count 100% towards wagering and Buy Feature games 50%, other game types count much less or not at all, and 494 games in our Australian lobby cannot be played with a bonus.
Thorfortune Casino Cashback, Loyalty and VIP Club
Ongoing Thorfortune rewards begin after our welcome package and its wagering are complete. Weekly Cashback is calculated on real-money slot losses from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC, and the rate follows that week’s deposits:
| Weekly deposits | Cashback | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| AU$30 to AU$1,500 | 5% | AU$150 |
| AU$1,502 to AU$7,500 | 6% | AU$750 |
| AU$7,502 to AU$15,000 | 8% | AU$1,500 |
| AU$15,002 to AU$37,500 | 10% | AU$4,500 |
| Over AU$37,500 | 12.5% | AU$7,500 |
Rates of up to 25% are reserved for VIPs, by invitation through their manager. Cashback carries 1x wagering and is calculated from deposits when a week’s deposits are lower than the losses.
Our loyalty programme has 16 ranks from Bronze 1 to Platinum, with 1 Wager Point for every AU$7.50 bet and, from Gold 1, 1 Deposit Point for every AU$15 deposited. Rank rewards move from free spins at Bronze levels to AU$ rewards at Silver, Gold and Platinum: Gold 1 to Gold 5 give AU$75, AU$300, AU$525, AU$1,800 and AU$3,750, and Platinum gives AU$15,000, all with x1 wagering.
Gold 1 brings VIP status, a VIP manager, priority in the withdrawal queue and higher withdrawal limits. Coins Rakeback grows with your rank, and Coins earned from missions in the Activities hub buy bonuses, free-spin packs, free bets and wheels in the store.
Thorfortune Casino Deposits and Withdrawals
We charge no commission on deposits or withdrawals, and the deposit page shows the minimum for each method.
| Method | Minimum deposit | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard | AU$30 | Back to the card up to the total deposited, any excess by another method |
| Apple Pay, Google Pay | AU$30 | To the method used for the deposit |
| Skrill, Neteller | AU$30 | Back to the same e-wallet |
| Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, Litecoin | AU$30 | Crypto payouts arrive quickly once released |
We may take up to 3 business days to process a withdrawal; once a payout is released, bank transfers take up to 5 days. Withdrawing with a different method from the deposit method requires proof of payment, and cards and payment accounts must be in your own name.
We may request identity checks at the first withdrawal or at any time, and no payout is made until required verification is complete; documents include a passport, national ID card or driving licence, proof of address, and proof of payment.

Thorfortune Casino Account, Verification and Support
Registration takes an email and password or Google sign-in, plus an 18+ confirmation. One account is allowed per person, household, IP address and computer, and two-factor authentication is available in the account.
Verification documents are uploaded in the profile’s Verification area, which needs camera access. After upload, the account becomes Temporarily Approved while our KYC team reviews the documents and emails the outcome: approved, rejected or more information needed.
Support is available through 24/7 live chat and email. The chat widget accepts visitor messages without an account, a bot handles standard questions, and a live agent takes over complex issues. Players praise our quick, helpful support, the welcome bonuses and the rewards programme.
Thorfortune Casino Responsible Gambling
Thorfortune is strictly 18+, and we may ask for proof of age. Gambling is entertainment, never a source of income or a way out of debt, and our safer-play rules ask players to set an affordable budget, avoid chasing losses, take breaks, track time and bets, and never play while drunk, tired or feeling down.
Our Gambling Limits area includes deposit limits by day, week or month, wager limits, loss limits, session limits in minutes, cooling-off and self-exclusion. A lower deposit limit applies immediately, while an increase or removal takes effect after 24 hours; a deposit limit of 0 blocks the account for 6 months, and deposit limits do not apply to cryptocurrency deposits.
Self-exclusion can run from 3 months to 5 years or indefinitely, and reality-check notifications pause play to show time played plus wins and losses. Australian players can contact Gambling Help Online through the Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858, free, confidential and available 24/7, or talk to a counsellor through its 24/7 online chat.
Thorfortune Casino FAQ
Can I claim the Thorfortune Casino welcome package more than once?
No. We give one bonus per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, payment card or e-wallet and device, and duplicate accounts can be blocked, their bets voided and their winnings reclaimed.
What is the minimum withdrawal at Thorfortune Casino?
The minimum withdrawal depends on your country and the payment method. A deposit is needed before any withdrawal, deposits must be played through, and any active bonus must be wagered or cancelled first.
Can I lose my Thorfortune Casino loyalty rank?
From Gold 2 upwards, a month without play starts a rank reduction of 25% of the progress between levels every 7 days. A qualifying bet sum stops it, from AU$3,750 at Gold 2 to AU$30,000 at Platinum.
Is there a Thorfortune Casino sports welcome bonus?
Yes. Sports bettors can choose a separate package of 100% up to AU$150, 75% up to AU$225 and 50% up to AU$300 over three deposits, with an AU$40 minimum deposit, wagered 5 times within 14 days on accumulators of at least 3 selections at odds of 1.40 or more each.
Which roulette bets break the Thorfortune Casino bonus rules?
Covering 24 or more of the 37 numbers counts as low-risk play and bonus abuse, as does switching between low- and high-contribution games while wagering.
How do I close or pause my Thorfortune Casino account?
Accounts are closed through live chat or email to support, while self-exclusion is started in the profile and activated through an emailed link within 24 hours. An indefinite exclusion can be reversed only after a 7-day wait, and the account does not reopen automatically.
